This is one of many Velvet ants in my front yard. Don’t be fooled this is a wingless hornet that is commonly called a cow killer.

Reptile Refuge
I think I have a reptile refuge in my front lawn. First a baby corn snake, now this guy. I’m waiting for a giant lizard to be sitting on my porch.
